Interesting. Very well prepared and favorful. Imaginative without excess. Nice blending of styles, content and presentation. Bar personnel a bit too `local tavern like` demeanor/style/service for such an establishment. Overall, a breath of fresh air and good effort for traditional Memphis/Mississippi clientele.
